- manage your registration and access to the event
- send you practical information related to the event
- send you any communication related to this specific event

Photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be used by WISE for communication purposes (social media, website). If you do not wish to appear in these, please let a member of the team know on-site.
Your data is not shared with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary for organizing the event (e.g. Be Climate Hub for venue access).
