As part of its growth strategy, we are expanding its sales team and is seeking an Operations Manager (M/F/X).

Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, you are the cornerstone of WISE Energy’s operational performance. You are responsible for both on-the-ground execution and the structuring of processes to support growth.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Define and steer the operational strategy (processes, tools, organization).
• Oversee industrial projects (PV, EV, BESS): planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Design scalable processes to support growth (onboarding, delivery, support).
• Develop and optimize Customer Success and the customer experience.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement KPIs and management tools.
• Coordinate internal teams (product, sales, data, energy).
• Ensure quality of execution and customer satisfaction.
• Align field operations with the capabilities of the Wise.Brain platform.
• Contribute to operational innovation and continuous improvement.

Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in operations or project management.
• You have previously led field projects (in the energy, construction, or industrial sectors).
• You have experience structuring operations in a growing environment.
• You understand the challenges of a B2B SaaS model (delivery, onboarding, support).
• You are organized, results-oriented, and able to prioritize.
• You have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• You are comfortable using project management tools (Notion, Jira, etc.).
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
