As part of its growth strategy, we are expanding its sales team and is seeking an Account Executive (M/F/X).

Responsabilities

As an Account Executive, you are at the heart of WISE. Energy’s business development. As a true ambassador for our solution, you directly contribute to the adoption of decarbonization solutions by businesses.

You combine business development, a consultative approach, and strategic vision.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and structure B2B sales by identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts (C-level executives, facility managers, and industrial decision-makers).
  • Understand clients’ energy challenges and propose tailored solutions via Wise.Brain.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Coordinate projects with internal teams (product, technical) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Rigorously track the sales pipeline and sales performance using CRM (Odoo).
  • Contribute to the evolution of sales strategies by testing and optimizing new approaches.
  • Actively participate in building the sales culture and shaping the future structure of the team.

Profile

  • You have proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment.
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to develop and close complex sales opportunities.
  • You take a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • You are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to engage with a diverse range of contacts.
  • You are comfortable with technical topics (energy, data, industrial solutions).
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of English.
  • You demonstrate perseverance, creativity, and a team-oriented spirit.
