💪 Your Mission

As a Marketing Intern at Wise Energy, you’ll play a key role in amplifying our message, shaping our brand presence, and designing creative content to support the rollout of Wise.Brain, our intelligent energy management platform.

You’ll work closely with our team to develop and test marketing strategies, create compelling content, and manage communication channels to engage our community and potential clients.

We’re looking for someone who can join us for a minimum of 4 months (ideally 6 months), with the drive to make a real impact.

📋 What will you be doing

Your main tasks include:

• Creative Strategy: Design, test, and iterate on marketing strategies focused on clear, pedagogic, and engaging storytelling.
• Content Creation: Create visual content using Canva, Adobe Suite, or other tools for social media, press, blog, and educational materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our key channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), develop content calendars, and engage with our community.
• Writing & Copy: Write posts, newsletters, blog articles, and other creative copy that speaks directly to our audience.
• Brand Development: Support the marketing team in evolving Wise Energy’s brand identity and communication strategy.

Approximate Distribution of Tasks:

• 40% Content creation
• 30% Social media and community engagement
• 20% Strategy & analytics
• 10% Internal collaboration and idea generation

🤝 With whom you will be working

You’ll collaborate closely with the Founders, our marketing & sales team, and tech leads to align campaigns with product development. Your insights and ideas will be valued and quickly implemented if they bring impact.

📈 How will we measure your success?

After 3 months, you will have succeeded if:

• You’ve launched and managed regular, engaging content on key platforms.
• You’ve helped shape our visual identity with consistent and creative design.
• You’ve contributed to building awareness of Wise.Brain.

After 6 months, your impact will be measured by:

• Growth in community engagement and reach on social channels.
• Contribution to successful marketing campaigns and strategy iterations.
• Demonstrated ownership and creative leadership in marketing initiatives.

🧠 What you need to succeed

Essential Skills:

• Fluent in French or Dutch (bonus if you master both), and fluent in English
• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalents
• A passion for sustainability, tech, and decarbonization
• A self-starter mindset with a proactive and hands-on attitude
• Comfortable with social media (LinkedIn especially), A/B testing, and exploring new formats
• Curious about digital marketing (SEO, email marketing, analytics, etc.)

Experience that would help:

• Previous internship or side projects in marketing
• Visual design background
• Interest in behavioral psychology, community building, or product-led growth
• Video or animation skills are a big plus

• Location: Hybrid – Our office is located in ClimateHub, in the center of Brussels
• Hours: Flexible, typically 9 AM to 5 PM
• Tools: We provide access to marketing tools and resources; bring your laptop and your ideas!
• Mobility: Occasionally attend events or client meetings in Benelux

2. Creative Case – We’ll ask you to create a small content piece or campaign idea
